Since 1945 Quality Vision International has been a world leader in optical measurement technology for quality control. As a result of the acquisition, CCP has implemented a wide range of new QVI technologies that have revolutionized the use of comparators in manufacturing.
In 2019 the CCP Refurbishment business was integrated into QVI’s global service organization Quality Vision Services, Inc. (QVS). The new comparator business was integrated into QVI’s leading product brand OGP.
All comparator refurbishment operations take place in our Beavercreek, Ohio facility where we refurbish not only CCP products, but practically any comparator on the market.
CCP preowned Comparators are part of Quality Vision Services, serving as a leading refurbishment center in the industry. Each machine is rebuilt and refurbished by hand in our Beavercreek, Ohio facility. CCP procures, re-manufactures, and certifies optical comparators and profile projectors and represents the world’s largest inventory of preowned optical comparators. CCP also offers a search and locate service for clients to find a specific machine using our extensive network.
Preowned comparators from multiple brands like J&L, Starrett, S-T (Scherr-Tumico), Mitutoyo and more, are available after extensive refurbishing and re-manufacturing are performed. All CCP preowned comparators undergo an exhaustive service check, and come with the CCP Satisfaction Guarantee right to return for full credit policy.
